Shuttleworth Veterinary and Animal seminar
70 students from Bedfordshire and Luton Schools had a very informative and enjoyable day gaining an understanding of the role and academic requirements to become and vet or work with animals.
As you can see it was a very touchy feely day where students even had a chance to meet and learn about all kinds of animal including reptiles, farm animals, horses, rhea’s and alpacas.
What did the students enjoy:- Being able to touch the animals and learn all about them What improvements could be made for the future:- The students would like to spend more time with the animals.
James Tennant complete the day with further information about Shuttleworth College and education and career progression.
Our thanks to all the staff who gave up their time and to Shuttleworth College for another excellent work related learning programme.
