BLEBP provides a range of opporutnities for teachers to develop their knowledge and understanding in a wide range of areas. Information regarding opportunities available is sent into schools on a regular basis, but in addition to this, placements can be arranged on an individual basis to meet specific aims and objectives.

Many teachers have spent most of their lives in an education environment. A Teacher Professional Development placement can enhance their knowledge and understanding of the world of work and influence their curriculum planning and delivery in schools. This is particularly important for those involved in the delivery of GCSE's in vocational subjects or other vocational courses.

Members of school management teams often welcome the opportunity to develop their management skills in areas ranging from financial management and staff performance to handling the media and body language - the opportunities are endless. Working alongside colleagues in a Business environment can help to give a totally new perspective!

Placements can range from 1 day to 5 days, according to the needs of the individual.
