This competition is a design and build event sutiable for KS4 students.  The entrants are supplied with a 24v electric motor and two 12v batteries with a set of regulations.  The rest is down to ingenuity and engineernig skills backed up by some applied science principles.

This is a fantastic event for Engineering groups or enthusiastic Young Engineer Clubs.  The races are of 6-hour duration and are held at well-known racing tacks such as Goodwood and Palmersport raceway in Bedford.

The events are fun based with a competitive element as everybody will want to win.  The national events are showing a large growth in the number of girls and mixed teams.
