At Bedfordshire and Luton Education Business Partnership we are constantly looking for feedback on what we do as a company so that we can be sure that we are constantly meeting the needs of all of our customers.

One of the many areas of customer feedback we look into is on the advice and guidance that students are offered as part of their induction to EBP and throughout their time working with us. This helps us to ensure that students are receiving the right level of information advice and guidance for them to make informed career decisions.

Students have said that they feel like they have been offered adequate independent advice and guidance which have helped them to make informed career decisions.

‘I now know what needs to be achieved to do what want to do in the future’.

‘I was advised of other colleges that provide the same courses. I have been made aware of what is available to me after my course, like other courses and jobs available to me’.

Students have also found that the information given to them has helped to guide them on their path of progression towards the future. ‘It has made me realise that I want to go to university and do my teacher training’

An overall positive response has been obtained from those interviewed that they feel they have been offered adequate independent advice and guidance that have helped to make informed career choices which have influenced their career decisions.
