The Toyota Technology Challenge is an educational, fun and affordable national competition, aimed at Key Stages 3 & 4 (for 11-16 year olds).

There are two categories to the challenge: Solar Power and PIC Microcontroller.

The challenge is to design and build an environmentally friendly model vehicle and teams will have the opportunity to win:
• Trophies & Certificates
• £250 (Regional winners)
• £750 (National winners)
plus
a 7 day European trip, for National winners of both the Solar Power and PIC categories
Once registered, schools receive a free* kit supplied by Rapid, containing all the components necessary to build a vehicle.

The closing date for registrations is the 28th November 2008.
